What these terms cover

Using the Services

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use WS Design Concierge. You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and to use the Services lawfully. Do not interfere with the Services, access another person’s project, upload harmful or unlawful material, or use automated requests to evade generation limits.

Website information and construction services

Website content, examples, images, and general information are provided for exploration and may change. A website inquiry, concept, report, preliminary range, or conversation does not create a construction agreement or reserve a project date. Any actual design or construction work, pricing, payment terms, scope, schedule, and warranties are governed by a separate written agreement signed with WS Design & Build.

WS Design Concierge

Concierge lets you provide project details and room photos, explore generated renovation concepts, save preferences, and request contact from our team. Access and generation limits may apply. Availability, features, and limits may change. Entering an email address may give access to saved homeowner projects under the current email-based flow; sign out on shared devices and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

AI concepts, reports, and estimates

Generated images and written summaries are conceptual visualizations for inspiration. They can alter dimensions or existing features, depict materials that are unavailable, or show work that is impractical or not permitted. They are not measurements, architectural or engineering plans, permit documents, specifications, or instructions to begin work.

Any report or preliminary estimate provided by WS Design & Build is for discussion and planning only unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Our team must review the site, measurements, structure, utilities, materials, budget, and applicable requirements before confirming a scope or price. Do not make construction or purchasing decisions solely from generated content.

Photos and materials you submit

You retain your rights in your original photos and other material. You confirm that you have permission to submit them and that they do not violate another person’s rights. Please avoid uploading sensitive documents or personal information unrelated to your project. You give WS Design & Build and the providers helping operate the Services permission to store, process, transform, and use your submissions as needed to provide the requested features, prepare your project, communicate with you, maintain security, and comply with law. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original material to us.

Our content

The website, branding, software, text, and original materials provided by WS Design & Build remain the property of their respective owners. You may use concepts delivered through Concierge for your own project planning. Do not sell or present them as approved plans or as work performed by WS Design & Build without our written permission.

Communications

If you submit an inquiry or project, we may respond about that request and related services. Promotional emails are governed by the choices you make when subscribing and the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. Agreeing to these Terms alone does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the Services available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free generated results. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Services are provided as available, and WS Design & Build is not responsible for losses caused by relying on conceptual output as a verified construction plan. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Pennsylvania law governs these Terms, subject to any nonwaivable protections that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to design@wsbuild.com.
