Do You Work in My Area?
We work within a 40 mile radius of our location. This includes Allentown, Scranton area, and as far as Morristown NJ.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We work with experienced loan officers who can help find the best financing solution for each individual project and client.
Do You Offer Design Services? How Does That Work?
We have a team of skilled interior design consultants who will work with you every step of the way, making the renovation process stress-free, and budget-friendly. You will be paired with one of them and they will hold at-home meetings to show you samples, photos, or anything else needed to choose materials and layouts. They will act as your personal interior designer, and ensure that everything is to your liking, and that the materials fit within your budget. They will provide you with a 3D rendering of the new design so you don’t have to only imagine what it will look like. Once you have finalized all of your decisions, your designer will take care of the ordering and delivery of all of the materials needed for the job. Once the renovation has begun, your designer will be your point of communication. They will address any questions and concerns that may arise throughout the project.
How Long Will a Project Take Once its Begun?
Kitchens: Usually around 1-3 months from the design phase to finish

Bath: Usually 1-2 months the design phase to finish

These are just averages and the project timeline greatly varies depending on the type of work being done and how quickly material and finishes are selected by you.
Are The Prices of Materials and Finishes Included in The Estimate? (ie. appliances, flooring, plumbing fixtures)
Our contract will give you an allowance for every selection in materials.
How Do Allowances For Materials Work?
When we give an estimate, it is quoted using pricing for builder-grade materials. You will be given allowances for each individual material/finish/product. If you decide you would like something that is more expensive than your allowance, then there will be an upcharge.

If I choose a material that is under my allowance, can I use that leftover amount toward another item?

If you decide on a product that is lower than the allowance, it will NOT be credited to another item.
Will I Have to Order Any Materials/Fixtures For The Project Myself?
No. Our designers will be responsible for ordering ALL materials and products needed for the project, unless otherwise specified by the customer and put in writing in the contract.
Do You Take Care of Getting Permits Necessary For The Job?
Yes. We will pull any permits needed.
Do You Work on Commercial Properties?
Yes, we work on commerical properties.
Are you licensed to work in NJ?
Yes. We are licensed and insured in both PA and NJ.
