Privacy at WS Design & Build

Information we collect

• Contact and inquiry details: name, email, phone number, project address, message, and any details or files you send through website or Concierge forms.
• Concierge profile and project details: contact information, room type, photos, style and material choices, goals, budget range, timeline, notes, projects, generated concepts, favorites, and communications about the project.
• Technical and usage details: browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, access times, session and device identifiers, interactions, error and security logs, and cookie or browser-storage information where the Services use them.
• Newsletter details: email address and related subscription preferences if you choose to join the mailing list.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; create and manage projects and access sessions; generate and store renovation concepts; prepare internal reports and follow up about your project; operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Services; prevent misuse and enforce generation limits; and meet legal obligations. We send promotional messages only in line with the choices you make and applicable law. Internal project reports are prepared for WS staff and are not automatically published to homeowner accounts.

Service providers and AI processing

We use providers for hosting, file storage, website operation, analytics where enabled, email delivery, and AI image generation. To create concepts, relevant photos, project instructions, and preferences are sent to the providers that perform that processing. Those providers process data under their own applicable terms and controls. We may also share information when required by law, to protect people or the Services, or as part of a business transfer. We do not publish your project photos as marketing examples without your permission.

Cookies and browser storage

The websites and Concierge may use cookies and browser storage for essential operation, session continuity, saved progress, security, performance, and measurement where enabled. Some features may stop working or saved progress may be lost if you block or clear this storage. You can manage cookies through your browser and any controls presented on the site. Third-party tools used on the website may have their own policies.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including active projects, business records, security, and legal requirements. Deleting a project from view may not immediately remove all related records or backups. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Please do not upload financial account details, identity documents, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information by emailing design@wsbuild.com. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required or permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using its unsubscribe link; project-related replies may continue when needed to address your inquiry. Browser settings can limit cookies and local storage.

Children, external links, and updates

Concierge is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, contact us. Links to other sites are governed by those sites’ policies. We may update this policy and will show the new last-updated date here.
